Generally good

Pool. Good WiFi.

Giving us quiet time rules and allowing guests to be very noisy (loud rock music) at all hours day and night. No bar or cafe. Had to walk dark streets alone to get to the bars and restaurants. Felt reasonably safe but didn't like it.

Overall good!

Loved the large terrace and entrance to the shared pool! Good location within walking distance to a good coffee shop & salad bar! Also moped rental directly from the hotel was good!

The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower had very little water pressure (only was a trickle really). You would leave the please make up my room and no one would (we stayed for 3 nights and had to ask someone on the property for it to be cleaned as it hadn’t been done)

good place for a few nights

great location with a pool one step from the room, beach is a 1 min walk away, the staff were very nice, scooter rental for 270 baht at the resort.

the towels were not clean, all in all it was a bit old but for a few nights stay okay

Nice small resort right at the beach front of Mae Nam

A nice small resort a stone's throw away from the Mae Nam beach. I stayed at the deluxe room but they have several other room options, some right at the beach. The room was quite spacious and comfy and the staff were really friendly. Great value for money!

The resort seemed a bit 'run down' from outside, however, my room was modern & new inside. Some kids started jumping into the pool from 7am so you might be up very early if located in the building with kids as the windows are not really noise proof.

Affordable,close to beach,clean,close to lots of restaurant,no drinking water

The property had a lovely location- close to some lovely restaurants and very pretty beaches. It is also fairly close to the waterfall which was great ! It’s was also very clean with friendly staff

No free drinking water- you have to go to the shops to buy water. The pictures online were also not very accurate-looks like it’s been photoshopped a lot. A cafe would also be nice however they did not have one.

Wonderful

The hotel is great, loads of pools and access to a small beach, the beach itself isn’t great but to have one a few years away was great. Balcony was lovely and everything in the room worked perfectly.

During our stay 2 electrical transformers exploded on the street adjacent, this led to know power or water for 10 hours of one of our days. Granted it was out of their control but there was no update on when we could expect anything back or any discount given for one days stay seeing as we had no basic necessities.

Good

We had a poolside room, which many of them are. The room was a reasonable size, and there was a patio off it. The ac was efficient. It looks like breakfast is offered in peak seasons, but not during our stay. To get to the main street you have to walk onto the beach and then about fifty metres to the end of the street. Access to the main road is down a laneway which has movement sensor lights at night. It's probably safe, but we chose to access by the main street and beach. The staff were very helpful.

The mattress was old and lumpy, as the springs had gone. Hard, like most Thai beds, but it was really uncomfortable. This room was showing its age, with things like cracked tiles and loose fittings. The first room in a different wing that we were in for a few minutes looked to be new, but we asked to be moved because our neighbour was drunk and partying. That's not on the hotel of course.

Good Hotel for a stay in Mae Nam

Nice room on the ground floor overlooking one of their pools and close to reception. Resort is secured by Gate key and is close to the beach.

Short cut alleyway to Soi 4 is badly lit but not Florist responsibility.
